Delivery and Returns
RETURNS, DELIVERY & CANCELLATIONS
We are happy to accept returns for refund on most items within 7 days of receipt of the goods, provided they have not been opened, used or installed. You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning the goods to us. Items without a valid returns authorisation number marked on the packaging will not be accepted.
Electronic components (such as printed circuit boards or items containing electrical equipment) are not returnable unless faulty. Where electrical goods are returned as faulty, verification from the manufacturer is required before a credit will be made. If the manufacturer deems that the goods have been damaged by the buyer accidentally, wilfully or by misuse they will not be accepted for return and the buyer agrees to cover all shipping costs.
All costs of the return are the responsibility of the purchaser and they should ensure that all items are adequately covered for insurance against loss or damage during return transit. We are unable to refund carriage charges on any returned items. Items that are returned not faulty will be subject to a 20% handling / re-stocking charge. We do not accept returns of flue components which have been over ordered by the customer.
Any special order and none stocked items are not returnable.
Drivers are instructed to advise their office as soon as they become aware of a delay on arrival at any particular delivery point. You will be contacted regarding the delay on the number provided at time of the order being placed, this is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. From then, you will be allowed a further window of 20 minutes to speak to the delivery point to assist in getting the vehicle unloaded.
If the vehicle is not unloaded by the end of the 20 minute window, a charge of £40.00 per hour (or part thereof) will be applied for any additional waiting time, or, the delivery will have to be rearranged for a later date and a re delivery charge will apply.
To cancel an order, please telephone us on 01460 416016. Where a product has already shipped and a return is possible, the buyer agrees to cover all costs including any handling / re-stocking charges which may apply. All refunds will be paid in full minus any bank charges where applicable.
All items must be inspected before accepting from the courier. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items should not be accepted from the courier. Claims are not accepted for items found to be damaged or missing once received from from the courier. No delivery may be accepted or signed for by a person under the age of 18 years. It is a criminal offense for anybody to accept an order not intended for them, unless pre-authorised by the person who placed the order.
